VIII. GUARANTEE

The warranty of the item will be invalidated by any damage or defect that is not attributable to LOLINA, among others, when the damages presented by the item are a consequence of:
• Improper uses and other damages not caused by the normal use of the product.
• Burns, cuts, scrapes, wrinkles, marks, scratches, or other damages caused by animals or improper use of the product.
• Use of or contact with chemicals (acids, solvents, dyes, paint, ammonia, hair styling products...), treatment with cleaning products not recommended.
• Colour fading due to product exposure to sunlight or other sources of heat.
LOLINA is not obliged to compensate the Client or third parties for the consequences of the improper use of the product, whether they are direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by individuals, damages to property other than the item, loss of profit or loss of earnings.
If LOLINA has received the merchandise and it is determined that the product does not present any non-conformity covered by the warranty, LOLINA will inform the Customer accordingly. The Customer will be responsible for covering the transportation costs incurred for the collection and return of the product, in line with the amounts indicated in Section IV of these General Terms and Conditions.
